In this role, you will be responsible for, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle, including coordination with internal teams in Japan and Europe.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience within a manufacturing environment and be fluent in both Japanese and English. Visa support may be considered for candidates with sufficient experience.

Account Manager Main Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams
• Sales planning, forecasting, and proposal preparation
• Coordinate with HQ and production sites to ensure smooth operations and accurate information sharing
• Overseas business trips 1–2 times per month, mainly within Europe
• Handle other sales-related tasks as needed to support business operations
Account Manager Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Fluent in English (Japanese is an advantage)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work at a fast pace
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• Strong interest in international business and familiarity with Japanese corporate culture
• Comfortable with regular international business travel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
