This role is designed as a part-time / side engagement (Freelance contract with Japan) for an HVAC industry professional with strong connections in distribution channels.

Location: Europe (Remote / Flexible), with a focus on the UK, Northern Europe (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark), and Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal)
Compensation: €2,000/month (including expenses) + commission (achievement base)
Contract: 1-year contract (3-month trial)
Working Style: Highly flexible, ideal for professionals seeking a side job
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential HVAC wholesale companies in target markets (UK, Scandinavia, Southern Europe)
• Initiate contact and build strong relationships with decision-makers
• Present and promote products to potential partners and negotiate collaboration terms
• Provide customer lists and progress reports and join HQ meetings 1–2 times/month
• Support contract closing with newly developed agents or distributors
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Based in Europe with valid visa/work permit that allows independent contractor / freelance work
• Strong track record in sales development and account acquisition in the HVAC sector
• Existing industry network and ability to reach key decision-makers
• Self-driven, able to work autonomously and deliver results
• Fluent in English (additional European language a plus)
• Knowledge of Japanese business culture is an advantage
