A well-established international manufacturer is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join its newly established manufacturing site in the Ústí nad Labem Region, Czech Republic.
Sales & Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments, warehouses and international offices, handling customer enquiries, processing orders and monitoring deliveries.
The ideal candidate should have successfully completed a university degree in logistics, business administration, or supply chain management.

Main Responsibilities
• Coordinate with internal departments, warehouses, overseas branches, and international locations
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional customer support
• Process customer orders, including invoicing and transport coordination
• Manage customer orders and monitor delivery schedules
• Work closely with Account Managers to ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain inventory records and process related ERP system transactions
• Support daily sales administration and logistics operations

Ideal Candidate
• University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Business-level fluency in both English and Czech (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Gmail and Google Drive
• Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export procedures
• Previous experience using ERP systems would be advantageous
• Japanese language skills would be an advantage

Conditions
• Location: Ústí nad Labem Region, Czech Republic

• Salary: 41,600CZK-62,400CZK
• Job Type: Permanent, full-time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (Core hours: 9:00-15:00)
