A logistics company is currently recruiting a Contract Logistics Operator to join its Rotterdam office.
The Contract Logistics Operator will be responsible for operational coordination and customer support for contract logistics customers, including handling enquiries, coordinating shipping and warehouse operations, and communicating with customers and internal warehouse teams.
The ideal candidate should have administrative experience within the logistics industry, strong customer service skills, and business level of fluency in English.

Main Responsibilities
• Respond to enquiries from contract logistics customers
• Provide customer support for contract logistics operations at the Rotterdam location
• Coordinate shipping and warehouse-related activities
• Communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation teams
• Manage customer communication and follow up on operational matters

Ideal Candidate
• Administrative experience within the logistics industry
• Experience in customer service or customer support roles
• Business level of fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Japanese language skills are advantageous

Conditions
• Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands
• Working Style: office based
• Salary: €42,000–€44,000 per annum depending on experience (including holiday allowance and 13th month bonus)
• Job Type: permanent, full-time
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (standard office hours, TBC)
