TYPE : Full-time 12-month contract to start, to become permanent
HOURS : 9:00-17:30 Monday to Friday (2 days WFH after 6 months’ training period)
SALARY : EUR 3,500 to 4,000/month depending on experience
START : ASAP
LOCATION : Lelystad, The Netherlands
Customer Support RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Work with dealers and warehouse to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly
・Cooperate with the technical department to deal with dealer technical queries
・Liaise with suppliers and Japan office to solve parts issues
・Monitor priorities of dealer orders according to their ordering request
・Develop regional parts sales and marketing strategy
・Develop and plan sales promotional campaigns by analysing data
・Monitor pricing levels by parts categories and make recommendations
・Monitor inventory levels and make stocking recommendations to dealers
・Make parts recommendation list to new dealers
・Provide parts system trainings to dealers
・Propose and execute ideas for daily operation improvement
Customer Support QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
・3+ years of recent parts handling experience in the construction/ agricultural machinery, automotive, or similar industrial machinery
・Business level of English is required
・Business level of French, Spanish or German are highly advantageous
・A team worker and flexible to support others
・Excellent customer service and communication skills
・Flexible to travel in and outside of Europe for dealer visits
