SALARY: £53,000-57,500 (depending on experience) + bonus
WORKING HOURS: Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00 (35 hours/week)
LOCATION: Woking, Surrey
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Act as Management Representative (ISO9001:2015 / ATEX standards)
• Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits (UK & overseas suppliers, incl. Vietnam)
• Manage continuous improvement activities, KPIs, and corrective actions
• Oversee quality documentation, engineering documentation, and audit records
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, notified bodies, and test laboratories
• Conduct failure analysis and manage customer complaints
• Ensure compliance with RoHS, REACH, and WEEE directives
• Support Health & Safety policies and quality awareness across the business
Ideal Candidate
• Experience managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Strong knowledge of quality regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Confident working independently in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Visio, Adobe, AutoCAD advantageous)
