HOURS : 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday (40h/week, hybrid working after 6 months’ training period)
SALARY : €3,000 to 3,600/month (=total package €43.3-52k level)

LOCATION : Lelystad, The Netherlands
French-speaking Dealer Support RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Work with dealers and warehouse colleagues to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly
・Work with the technical department, suppliers, and HQ to deal with technical queries and solve parts issues
・Monitor priorities of dealer orders according to their ordering request such as breakdown orders or stock orders
・Visit dealers and identify improvement areas
・Develop regional sales and marketing strategy to help dealers to improve their aftersales service capabilities
・Develop and plan sales promotional campaigns
・Monitor pricing levels and make recommendations
・Monitor dealer inventory levels and make stocking recommendations
・Make parts recommendation list to new dealers as well as for newly launched models
・Provide parts system training to dealers
French-speaking Dealer Support QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
・customer/sales support, sales, or marketing experience in industrial area is beneficial
・Excellent customer service and communication skills
・Flexibility to travel in and outside of Europe for dealer visits
・Computer skills and operation experience of SAP is a plus
・Strong analytical skills and mindset
・Business level (B2) of English and French are required
・Fluency in other European languages is advantageous
・Proficiency with MS Office and Excel
・Experience of SAP and Power BI is beneficial
