WORKING HOURS: 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday (2 days WFH after an initial one month training period)
SALARY: 3,000 -3,200 euro per month (depending on your experience), excluding bonuses
BONUS: 13th month bonus
START: 1st October 2026
LOCATION: Moerdijk
LANGUAGES: English required; Dutch or Japanese would be advantageous

Main Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory and orders using an ERP system.
- Arranging deliveries from clients.
- Monitoring open orders and shipping schedules.
- Handling demand planning and stock control.
- Creating, issuing, and managing invoices.
- Coordinating with factories in Japan and other Asian countries.
- Providing customer support via email, telephone, and other communication tools.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
