Promotion Assistant Main Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate events for Japanese companies operating in the UK
• Arrange and liaise with participants, guest speakers, and interpreters
• Support event logistics, operations, and meeting documentation
• Conduct market and regulatory research in the UK, and coordinate with external research agencies
• Review research findings and share insights internally and externally
• Support seminars and promotional activities to expand awareness and distribution of Japanese food products
• Liaise with PR agencies and manage external vendors
• Coordinate with headquarters in Japan and overseas offices, and participate in meetings
• Provide general administrative support for department operations

Promotion Assistant Ideal Candidate:
• Strong understanding of both Japanese and UK business culture
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online meeting tools
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team
