This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the coordination and execution of packaging approvals and related administrative tasks for physical and some digital game releases across EMEA.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable managing stakeholder communications across multiple teams.

Salary: Around £30–35k pro rata
Working Hours: 9:00–17:30, Monday to Friday
Start Date: October 2025
Location: West London (Office-based)
Marketing Executive Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and process packaging approvals for game releases including disc labels, inlays, inserts, and special packaging
• Submit packaging parts to 1st party platforms using tools
• Liaise with internal teams (Business Operations, Production, Brand Management) and external distributors
• Collect and communicate feedback and brief amends to Marketing Services Managers or external design agencies
• Ensure legal and technical compliance for all packaging files
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Services team: tracking, file management, documentation
• Maintain accurate records of packaging deliverables
Marketing Executive Skills, Experience & Competencies:
• Experience in video games, entertainment, or related industries is highly desirable
• Prior roles in marketing operations, production coordination, or packaging support preferred
• Familiarity with 1st party systems (TPR, Apollo) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or project management tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Must demonstrate integrity, customer focus, and a proactive, results-driven approach
