Dutch Speaking Finance and Credit Control Officer

You will be responsible for credit control, accounts receivable management, risk reporting, and supporting month-end closing and audit activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, or credit control, Excel and SAP skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Finance and Credit Control Officer Main Responsibilities:
• Review and approve suspended orders and OEM purchase orders
• Prepare and manage customer credit limit reviews
• Maintain customer master records and account information
• Prepare monthly interest notes, risk reports, and credit control documentation
• Manage factoring processes, including credit line applications and weekly reviews
• Support month-end closing activities and business planning cycles
• Prepare documentation for J-SOX compliance and financial audits
• Monitor Accounts Receivable ledgers and related GL accounts
• Register and maintain credit review forms, account opening/change requests, and financial reports
• Participate in finance-related projects and provide team support when required
Finance and Credit Control Officer Ideal Candidate:
• Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Approximately 4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or credit control
• Good understanding of credit control and accounts receivable processes
• Experience working in an international business environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous
• Business-level Dutch and English language skills
• German language skills would be beneficial
