Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30–17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Location: London (City) – Hybrid working available after training/probation
IT Administrative (Quality Control Assistant) Main Responsibilities
• Manage support tickets: intake, response, escalation, and closure
• Coordinate and liaise with customers, internal engineers, and external vendors
• Participate in internal quality assurance activities and support ISO27001 & ISO9001 certification maintenance
• Input invoice data into ERP systems and prepare quotations and purchase orders
• Manage service desk users (create, update, deactivate accounts)
• Support training and onboarding of new staff
IT Administrative (Quality Control Assistant) Skills & Qualifications
• Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English (spoken & written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous customer service or call-handling experience
• Strong interest in and willingness to learn about the IT industry
