In this role, you will be responsible for following export and import business transactions in terms of execution of sales and purchase orders. The role consists of administrative/back office work, as well as dealing with the customers’ enquiries.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of international trade logistics, import/export commerce, SAP, Microsoft Office, strong English skills, good teamwork, and the ability to prioritise work.

Sales Administrator Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for issuing sales contracts, purchase contracts and to exchange the signed contract with the suppliers and customers
• Providing all shipping information and documents to customers and counterparties in a timely manner - recording and controlling information on the spreadsheet and keeping shipping documents in files
• Responsible for all inventory control; checking stock levels regularly, issuing the consignment report weekly, tallying up monthly usage amount and issuing invoices for monthly usage
• Dealing with enquiries and complaints from the suppliers and customers, including delivery date adjustment, quantity adjustment and quality control
• Recording all money received and paid and submitting payment requests and receipt advice to the Accounting Department, chasing customers for overdue invoices, where necessary
• Liaising with the Accounting Department, providing them with the necessary information
• Renewing and applying application for transactions and monitoring to ensure business is conducted within the approved credit limit
• Taking care of miscellaneous matters, including, hotel bookings, SAP code registrations, IT promoter activity, sample testing, stationery order and organising filing.
Sales Administrator Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in commerce and foreign trade in import and export business
• Experience in using SAP
• Knowledge and understanding of logistics in international trade business
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
• Good knowledge of the principles of international business
• Good team player and ability to prioritise workload
