You will join the dental business team of 14 members and work closely with other assembly colleagues while providing technical support for customers and distributors across Germany.

TYPE: Full-time role
WORKING HOURS: Mon–Thu 8:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch), Fri 8:00–13:30, 37.5 hours per week
SALARY: €4,500–€4,800 gross including transportation fee × 12 months + 13th month bonus + variable bonus depending on personal and company performance
(Depending on career and experience)
START: ASAP
LOCATION: near Frankfurt (home office up to 2 days per month)
BENEFIT: 30 days annual leave
Electrical Technician Responsibilities:
• Reports to Managing Director
• Provide technical support primarily via phone, email, and online channels
• Handle technical inquiries from distributors and customers, including customised assembly based on their requirements
• Support inspection of assembled products in collaboration with in-house qualified electrical engineer
• Respond to questions from distributor technicians
• On-site visits to customer clinics as needed (0–1 time per month)
• Installation and setup of dental equipment
• Work closely with assembly colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery
• Focus area: Germany
Electrical Technician Ideal Candidate:
• Background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• Hands-on, enjoys working with equipment and parts
• Fluent in English and native level in German required
• Experience in technical support or field service (industrial equipment/mechatronics preferred)
• Flexible to occasional customer site visits
