TYPE: Full-time role
WORKING HOURS: Mon–Thu 8:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch), Fri 8:00–13:30, 37.5 hours per week
SALARY: €3,300–€4,000 gross including transportation fee × 12 months + 13th month bonus + variable bonus depending on personal and company performance
(Depending on career and experience)
START: ASAP
LOCATION: near Frankfurt (home office up to 2 days per month)
BENEFIT: 30 days annual leave
Elektrotechniker Responsibilities:
• Reports to Managing Director
• Work closely with a fellow technician and share daily operational tasks
• Provide technical support primarily via phone, email, and online channels
• Handle technical inquiries from distributors and customers, including customised assembly based on their requirements
• Installation, setup, inspection and troubleshooting of dental equipment
• Support inspection of assembled products in collaboration with in-house qualified electrical engineer
• Respond to technical questions from distributor technicians
• Occasional on-site visits to customer clinics (approx. 0–1 time per month)
• Coordinate and oversee building electrical systems and basic facility maintenance (approx. 20% of role)
• Work closely with assembly colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery
• Focus area: Germany
Elektrotechniker Ideal Candidate:
• Completed vocational training (Ausbildung) or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, printing technology, or related technical field
• Hands-on mindset and enjoys working with equipment and parts
• Experience in technical support, field service, or industrial equipment preferred
• Fluent English and native-level German required
• Team-oriented and comfortable working in a shared responsibility structure
• Flexible to occasional customer site visits
• Independent, reliable, and organised
