TYPE: Full-time, initially 1 year contract (There is potential for extension)
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week
SALARY: €51-57k, DOE, including 13th month bonus and holiday allowance
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Hybrid working available after the training; minimum 60% of working days in a calendar month from the office)
Business Administrator Main Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client on-boarding processes after completion of KYC/AML
• Perform regulatory reviews of existing client files in line with periodic review policies
• Maintain up-to-date client information in internal systems
• Support the business flexibly in daily middle-office operations
• Operate daily tasks such as mitigants reporting, Bloomberg news distribution, and circulation of LE205 reports
• Communicate closely with other departments/teams to ensure smooth and timely processing
• Ensure procedures and working instructions are properly maintained, and provide training to relevant staff where required
Business Administrator Ideal Candidate:
• At least 2 years of experience in the commercial banking sector, primarily in middle-office functions or B2B customer service
• Hands-on experience related to customer deposit and/or lending operations (e.g. loan processing, account maintenance, off-boarding) is highly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong drive for process improvement
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Japanese or French language skills are considered an advantage
• Understanding of Japanese language or Japanese working culture is plus
