You will work with and be trained every step of the way by shadowing and supporting the director within a team oriented and rewarding professional environment. No previous equity research analysis experience is necessary.
You will need a native level of English with strong communication skills, and excellent Japanese speaking skills. You will be exposed to high level business environment with responsibility from the early stage.
This will be an excellent chance to put your Japanese to effective use daily, gain new skills and receive on-the-job training.

SALARY: £27-30K depending on experience + discretionary bonus

LOCATION: Burton-upon-Trent, near Derby (The first few years will be completely onsite. Remote work will be applied once)
Japanese speaking Sales Trainee Responsibility:
• Prospect and pitch the company's research services to potential clients.
• Close deals by negotiating terms and securing agreements to meet targets.
• Maintain client relationships through ongoing communication.
• Provide support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and aligning services with client investment needs.
Japanese speaking Sales Trainee Ideal Candidate:
• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
• Friendly, confident, and engaging personality
• Effective time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service
• Thrives in fast-paced environments
