Main Responsibilities:
• Provide professional support and consultation to clinics and optical partners
• Advise on product usage, fitting, and prescription-related matters
• Handle customer enquiries and provide technical guidance
• Support the introduction and explanation of specialised vision care solutions
• Visit clients (clinics, optical stores) to provide on-site support and training
• Collaborate internally with sales and manufacturing team
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and training sessions for customers
• Occasionally represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events


Ideal Candidate:
• Background as an Optometrist or Optician (or relevant optical field experience)
• Business-level Dutch is essential (English also required)
• Experience in contact lens practice or vision care is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently
• Comfortable delivering presentations, training, or seminars

Preferred Experience:
• Experience working in optical chains, clinics, or specialised vision care environments
• Familiarity with advanced or specialised vision correction solutions
• Experience in customer support, training, or professional services roles
