You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through product demonstrations, innovative solutions, and efficient daily operations while enhancing customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, applications engineering, or solutions support for printing systems or digital printing solutions.

TYPE: Full-time role, initially 1 year contract (potential to become permanent)
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday)
SALARY: 6,000-6,500/month + Holiday allowance + Variable Bonus + Other Benefits (total package approx. €100,000/year)

LOCATION: Aalsmeer, the Netherlands (1 day working from home is available)
Product Manager Main Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage the daily operations of the Inkjet Innovation Centre (IIC)
● Oversee customer demonstrations, sample production, application support, and solution development activities
● Act as a key technical and commercial liaison between customers, Sales, and Engineering teams
● Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and continuous innovation within the IIC
● Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations to support business objectives
● Plan and execute customer events, open houses, exhibitions, and technical demonstrations
● Lead, coach, and develop the IIC team of 4 members, ensuring high performance and professional growth
● Support business growth by delivering customer-focused solutions and identifying new application opportunities
● Contribute to departmental planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI achievement
● Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
Product Manager Ideal Candidate:
● 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related functions at printing industry (ideally digital printing industry)
● Strong understanding of operational workflows, process optimisation, and performance management
● Solid financial acumen with experience managing department KPIs
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Strong strategic and analytical thinking
● Customer-centric mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality
● Experience working in international markets and multicultural environments
● Deep understanding of industrial printing applications
● Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly explanations
● Strong problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach to solution design
● High level of autonomy, ownership, and organisational skills
● Willingness to support occasional customer visits or exhibitions
