WORKING HOURS: 32-40h per week, Core Time is 9:00 – 16:00
SALARY: €3,000 -3,500 per month, depending on experience
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amstelveen (WFH 50% available)
Trade and Logistics Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
• Managing the inventory and orders using ERP system
• Arranging deliveries from clients
• Demand planning
• Keep track of the status of open orders and the shipping schedules
• Creating, issuing, and managing invoices
• Liaising with factories in Japan and other Asian countries
• Customer support via email, telephone, and other communication tools
Trade and Logistics Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
• 1-3 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or other related roles
• Has business-level English language skills
• Strong skills of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Exact is preferable)
• Being proactive and take initiative in your work
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
