The role works closely with traders, managers, and external partners to ensure smooth supply chain management, timely reporting, and efficient administrative support.

TYPE: Full-time, Fixed term 1 year contract at the start of employment, then renewed for another fixed term or appointed as a permanent employee
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
SALARY: €2,500-3,000 per month DOE, plus good benefits (travel fee, insurance)
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amsterdam (The Netherlands) *Currently, hybrid working style, working in office 3 days a week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Order and payment processing including sales/purchase orders, issuing contracts/invoices, and handling related payments
• Sales support for traders and managers including marketing assistance, regulation updates, budget preparation, credit line control, and business trip arrangements
• Monthly closing including bookkeeping using internal accounting systems and supporting VAT declarations with the accounting team
• Logistics and stock management: coordinating supply chain activities with internal and external parties, ensuring on-time delivery and appropriate stock control
• Special project assistance including support for internal/external audits, system development, and ad-hoc requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• 2+ years of experience in administrative field
• Right to work (e.g. EU nationality, Dutch work permit)
• Business-level English
• Japanese language proficiency (Preferred)
• Other European languages (especially Dutch and German) (Preferred)
• Experience in international trading field with knowledge of Incoterms (Preferred)
• Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent
• Interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-oriented mindset
• Strong task and time management skills, and detail-oriented
• Proficient with e-mail, Microsoft Office applications and general IT systems
