Sales & Business Operations Assistant — Main Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day communication between the Japanese headquarters, overseas factories, Italian fashion brands, suppliers, and business partners
• Assist with sales administration, order follow-up, documentation, and internal reporting
• Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, shipment status, and supply chain-related matters
• Support procurement and sourcing-related tasks for materials, fabrics, components, and other fashion-related items
• Liaise with factories, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth business operations
• Assist with production, delivery, and operational follow-ups
• Support the team in managing existing business activities and client relationships
• Handle various administrative and coordination tasks in a flexible and proactive manner
• Gradually develop business understanding with the possibility of moving into a more sales-oriented role in the future

Sales & Business Operations Assistant — Ideal Candidate
• 1–5 years of professional experience
• Experience in one of the following industries/sectors is highly welcome: Fashion, Luxury, Textile Trading, or Apparel Production
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Supply chain / logistics
o Sourcing / procurement
o Sales administration
o Wholesale support
o Back office / business coordination
• Experience working in a global company is highly desirable, especially with exposure to Asian companies or markets such as Japan, Korea, or China
• Native-level Italian with business fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
• Flexible and willing to support both administrative and operational tasks
• Interested in building a long-term career in international fashion business
• Motivation to learn and eventually grow into a sales, account management, or business development role
• Japanese language is not required, but interest in working with Japanese companies is a plus
