In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, proposing pharmaceutical raw material solutions, and coordinating with suppliers across the European market.

Sales Representative Main Responsibilities:
Develop and manage B2B sales of pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates to European and North American innovative pharmaceutical companies.
Build and expand relationships with both existing and prospective clients, primarily engaging with R&D and Procurement teams to drive business growth.
Identify customer needs within the pharmaceutical supply chain and manage the sales process from technical proposal through to order acquisition.
Leverage industry networks with innovative pharmaceutical companies, CDMOs, and other key stakeholders to develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Sales Representative Ideal Candidate:
<Essential>
• 5 years’ or more experience in pharmaceutical / chemical industry
• Business-level English communication skills
• Eligible to work within Europe
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proactive and independent working style
<Desirable>
• Background in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or related fields
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or raw materials industry
• Experience working with CDMOs/CMOs is highly preferred
