A Japanese airline is currently recruiting an Inside Sales & Contact Center Agent to join its EMEA Marketing & Sales team in Frankfurt.
The Inside Sales & Contact Center Agent will provide customer service and sales support through phone and email interactions, managing reservations, ticketing, group bookings, and customer enquiries while maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.
The ideal candidate should have customer service or sales support experience, strong communication skills, and fluent German with business-level English proficiency.

Main Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries through phone and email, providing prompt and professional support
• Manage reservations, ticketing, group bookings, complaints, claims, and reservation-related irregularities
• Process BSP-related tasks including refunds and ADM handling
• Update CRM records including waivers, special requests, and additional services
• Support administrative tasks for corporate contracts and travel agency agreements
• Assist sales and marketing activities including B2B website updates and event participation
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, TMCs, and travel agents
• Prioritise workload effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service
Ideal Candidate
• 0–3-year experience in customer service, inside sales, travel operations, or related fields
• Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Business level of fluency in both English and German
• Knowledge of travel industry reservation systems, fares, and ticketing processes is advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
Conditions
• Location: Frankfurt, Germany

• Salary: €40,000–€45,000 per annum depending on experience (including bonus)
• Job Type: permanent, full-time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:42 (38.5 hours per week)
• Start: ASAP
