In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, with a focus on OEM and Tier 1 customers across Europe, Turkey, and North Africa.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector, along with excellent relationship-building and customer communication skills.

Salary: €50-70k gross per year depending on experience, + performance-based bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00

Reporting to: Reporting to the head of Group
Main Responsibilities:
Promotional activities (across Europe)/prepare presentation materials/ presentations/marketing
Negotiate prices/services with customers, determine/manage sales prices
Target programme progress management
Market research/analysis (customers/competitors), customer interviews/ actual vehicle surveys/exhibition surveys, etc.
Identification of customer requirements and issues for new product development / organisation of development requirements / development requests
Technical proposals to customers.
Support the planning and promotion of various strategies (product strategy/supply strategy)
Collaboration with operating companies and support until the start of mass production and supply
Collaboration with relevant departments (R&D, PDO, FTC, YOC, etc.)
Technical trouble-shooting (in collaboration with PDOs and others)
Preparation/presentation of internal meeting materials
Develop and assure smooth relationships with key accounts
Business trips for France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Spain (25-50%)
Ideal Candidate:
3 years+ experience in sales, project management, and technical support is must
Sales experience in the automotive sector (OEM/Tier 1 level) is hugely beneficial
Business level fluency in English is must, French language is beneficial
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and North Africa (approx. 50% of the time)
Strong communication and presentation skills
