TYPE: Full-time role, initially 1 year contract (there is potential to become permanent)
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30, Monday to Friday
SALARY: €3,000 – 3,500 per month, depending on experience + max. 3 months performance bonus, holiday allowance, transportation fee
START: July 2025
LOCATION: Amstelveen, the Netherlands
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wholesale sales
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Quotation preparation
- Shipping arrangements, purchasing
- European business trip about once a month (depends on the situation)
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Minimum a few years of experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Business-level English is mandatory
- Proficiency in any European language is an advantage
- Understanding of Japanese culture and/or Japanese language is a plus
- Holding a full, clean driving licence is desirable
- Experience in the food industry, especially with seasonal or commodity products, is appreciated
- Background in commodity sales to factories (including existing connections in the factory channel) would be highly valued
