TYPE: Starts from 1 year contract (with the aim for long term employment)
WORKING HOURS: 16 hrs per week (flexible), Core Time is 9:30 – 16:00
SALARY: €2,800 per month (full-time based)

LOCATION: Amstelveen (Office-based)

Main Responsibilities
• Create promotional materials (brochures, product flyers, and presentation slides) in coordination with the sales team.
• Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn page and website content (CMS).
• Coordinate logistics and materials for international trade shows and exhibitions (approx. once every two months, 3-day trips within Europe).
• Draft and format customer-facing newsletters and other internal/external communications.
• Collaborate with external design vendors to ensure consistent branding and timely delivery.
• Support ad hoc back-office tasks and administrative needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Some hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, basic CMS)
• A team player who can also work independently (self-starter with attention to detail)
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working in an international team and liaising with external vendors
• Interest in food and/or cosmetics industries is a plus
