In this role, you will be responsible for installation and commissioning of our printing and converting machines at industrial clients abroad.
The ideal candidate should have 3 years of relevant experience.

Working hours: 37 hours per week – 1 day WFH
SALARY: €45-50k, depending on experience (negotiable)

LOCATION: Orleans, France
Automation Engineer Main Responsibilities:
● Collaboration with the Engineering and Production teams
● Perform pre-tests and on-site adjustments for commissioning
● Carry out automation tests, project acceptance, and documentation, as well as monitor interventions by external contractors
● Train client technicians and operators on machine operation
● Perform troubleshooting, renovations, and provide remote maintenance support and advice
● Coordinate technicians on-site
● Frequent international travel (~50% of the time)
Automation Engineer Ideal Candidate:
● +3 years of relevant experience
● Bac +2/3 in Automation, Electrotechnics, or Electromechanics
● Experience in a similar role, ideally in special machinery or printing sectors
● Availability for frequent international travel (~50% of the time)
● Operational English is required
● Required knowledge: SIEMENS (S7 and/or TIA PORTAL)
● Desired knowledge: INDRAMAT BOSCH REXROTH, LEROY SOMER
