Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30–17:30

Executive Travel Consultant Main Responsibilities:
・Preparing and planning group and independent tours
・Preparing itineraries and quotes
・Preparing confirmed itineraries and documents
・Liaising with all suppliers
・Dealing with clients’ calls and emails
・Assisting customers: after-sales care
・Travelling to Japan
Executive Travel Consultant Ideal Candidate:
・Fluent in English and a good command of written and spoken Japanese
・Good knowledge of Japanese culture & geography
・Good attention to detail
・Previous relevant experience would be useful but not essential
・Positive, friendly, polite, and can-do attitude
** All applicants must have the right to work in the UK as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
