Main Responsibilities:
• Technical onboarding of new payment solutions
• Requirement’s analysis
• Configuration and testing in staging
• Deployment to production and handover to operations
• Technical upkeep and optimisation of all payment solutions
• Routing and fallback rules
• Error handling and investigations
• Technical escalations to 3rd parties
• Online cashier look-and-feel
• Configuring alerts
• Dealing with outages and maintenance windows
• Monitoring service levels and acceptance rates
• A/B testing
• Documenting processes and payment flows
Team & Reporting lines
• Reporting into the Payment’s Product Manager
• Part of a small Payment’s Product team
• Working closely with other product and operations’ leads
Ideal Candidate:
• Advanced knowledge of Payment-IQ (DevCode) is a must
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and XML is highly desirable
• Proficiency in excel and data analysis is very desirable
• Understanding of web architecture and its development stack (databases, APIs and services, scripting, markup languages, and data structures)
• Good understanding of hierarchical rule engines, IF-THEN-ELSE, and logic gates
• Experience in iGaming is highly advantageous
• Hands-on and solution focused
• Able to think outside the box
• Perseverance - possess a desire to learn through trial and error
• Quick learner with the ability to Google their way out of a problem
• Ability to work under pressure while balancing multiple priorities
