Sales Administrator Main Responsibilities:
• Processing customer orders and preparing sales-related documents such as invoices and delivery notes
• Coordinating with suppliers and logistics companies on shipment and delivery matters
• Maintaining accurate sales and inventory data in internal systems
• Providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting in report preparation
• Communicating with customers and suppliers via email and phone
• Assisting in the preparation of quotations and basic contracts
• Facilitating information sharing and coordination between departments
Sales Administrator Ideal Candidate:
• Native-level Czech and business-level English (minimum B2)
• University graduate or equivalent practical experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in administrative or back-office roles
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in tasks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with proactive work attitude
