Japanese & French speaking Quality Management Officer

Base at their office in suburban Paris, the Quality Management Officer will be responsible for verification of labels and localisation in line with EU law, as well as registration of products from overseas.
Business level French, Japanese and English language skills will be required for this role.

WORKING HOUR: Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00
TYPE: 6 months contract to start with, expected to be switched to CDI
Quality Management Officer Main Responsibilities:
• Confirmation of legality and registration of products from overseas (mainly Japan)
• Verification of labels and localisation in line with EU law
• Responding to customer requests for information on products, receiving and placing orders
• Preparation of specifications at the request of customers
• Liaison with suppliers to confirm product information
• Preparation of raw material lists for customs clearance
• Legal management of internal operations
• Preparation for audits
• Monthly report recording of warehouse audits
• Assist sales administration in logistics arrangements
•Ad-hoc Sales administration support
Quality Management Officer Ideal Candidate:
• Business level French, Japanese and English language skills (including reading and writing)
• Good level of PC skills (Excel, Word)
• Highly specialised work, detailed work
• Interested in Compliance work
• Experience of working in French is welcome
