WORKING HOURS: Mon – Fri 40 hours per week (flexible between 7:00–18:00)

LOCATION: Near Frankfurt (hybrid working possible after probation)
Responsibilities:
• System development (data analysis, logic updates, vehicle evaluation)
• Planning and conducting vehicle evaluations
• Testing and implementing direct TPMS systems
• Preparing technical and customer-facing reports
• Communicating project progress and activities with Japanese colleagues
• Creating analytical tools using Python
• Presenting logic and algorithm concepts to external customers (including pre-sales activities)
• Business trip within the EU and occasionally to Japan (approx. once every 2 months)
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
• German language is advantage
• Proficiency in Python, Visual Studio (C++/C#)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Solid foundation in physics and mathematics
• Knowledge of cloud architecture is a plus
• Valid driving licence required
• Able to communicate smoothly with people in various positions, including customers, superiors, colleagues, and subordinates
• Able to express thoughts clearly and negotiate while respecting others
• Able to promote team building with awareness of overall goals
