TYPE: Permanent, full-time (6-month probationary period)
WORKING HOURS: 8:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
SALARY: £30-32Kdepending on experience
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Ashford, Kent (Currently 1-2 days in the office, 3-4 days’ work from home – It may change depending on the company’s decision.)

The role of a successful candidate will be:
- Promoting sales activities (finding, communicating with our potential customers in Europe face to face, by e-mail and phone)
- Marketing activity and research
- Making and renewing contracts
- Translation of documents, interpreting at meetings
The ideal candidate should
- Have a solid overseas sales experience and communication skill
- Have a solid sales experience in trading/ manufacturing industry
- Business level of fluency in both English and Japanese
- Have business working experience, especially having German network will be advantageous
- Have an eagerness to learn about our products, technical background will be advantageous
- Be flexible and a good team player
- Be a self-motivator and demonstrate ability to work independently
- Be able to work under pressure
Those who demonstrate ability to do marketing/business development may be eligible for additional responsibility (to make strategy to grow our marketing share in Europe) and in time promotion.
