A Japanese sports online app company are currently recruiting for a Japanese speaking Customer Service / London Branch Representative to help establish a London office.
A high level of English is essential as the main focus is on English language support.

TYPE: Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
SALARY: £30-50K depending on experience *negotiable
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Central London (Hybrid work is possible, first 1 month will be in the office every day for training)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creation and maintenance of response policies, manuals, and FAQs for handling enquiries
• Work on team infrastructure, such as streamlining workflows, DX proposals, etc.
• Support customers via multiple channels, including live chat, social media, etc. (English support)
• Support for enquiries from global customers and other stakeholders
• Liaison and reporting with Japan HQ and internal department
• Liaison with accounting firms, accounting processing support, human resources (e.g. future recruitment)
• Liaison with other office management companies and third parties

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Holders of high business level English language skills (guideline: TOEIC 850 or above) and Japanese language skills (guideline: JLPT N2 or above)
• University degree or equivalent (overseas university or postgraduate degree preferred)
• High level of communication skills with the ability to handle customer service in English
• Experience in customer support related to web applications/software welcome
• Experience in accounting and human resources or a degree in Accounting & Finance is welcome
• Degree in sports management or industry experience welcome
• Knowledge, understanding and interest in sports betting welcome
• A team-worker who can be flexible without limiting the scope of their work
• Willingness to be involved in the running of the base as a manager in the future
