A Japanese sports online app company is looking for someone who can take on the role of London Branch Manager for UK and EU customers following the establishment of a London office. Daily conversation ability in Japanese is necessary to communicate with Japan team.

Japanese speaking London Branch Manager Main Responsibilities:
- Management of numbers relating to London office operations.
- Development and maintenance of enquiry handling policies, manuals and FAQs
- Streamlining workflows, DX proposals and other team infrastructure development initiatives
- Customer support via multiple channels, including live chat and social media (in English).
- Support for enquiries from global customers and other stakeholders.
- Liaison and reporting with Japan HQ and internal departments
- Liaison with accounting firms, accounting processing support, human resources (e.g. future recruitment)
- Liaison with other third parties
Japanese speaking London Branch Manager Ideal Candidate:
- Native level English and daily conversational level Japanese language skills.
- Experience in some sales number management in a field such as marketing, sales, shop management, etc. required
- University degree or equivalent
- Good communication skills with the ability to deal with customer service in English.
- Sports management degree or industry experience welcome
- Knowledge, understanding and interest in sports betting welcome
- Team-oriented and flexible without limiting the scope of work.
- Willingness to be involved in the future management of the centre as a manager.
