Working closely with the COO, you will be tasked with expanding the customer base in new regions while supporting existing customers.
The company intends to expand in Germany and France, and develop new markets in Italy and Spain. Relevant sales experience working within these countries would be highly advantageous.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00
SALARY: €4,500-5,500/month (Gross), plus Holiday Allowance and Performance Bonus (up to 1 month not guaranteed)

Account Executive / Business Development Specialist Main Responsibilities:
・Sales to existing customers, discovery of new customers, management of customer sales and profits
・Business trips within Europe, trips to diving shows held in USA, participation in development and sales meetings held at the Japanese headquarters
・Business negotiations with customers
・Communication with customers by phone and visits, product explanations to staff, and holding product seminars
・Monthly sales report, market information gathering, product sales analysis, product ideas
・Preparation and work for exhibitions and events
Account Executive / Business Development Specialist Ideal Candidate:
・Over 5 years of sales experience
・Healthy, cheerful personality and challenging spirit
・Responsibility for work and the ability to think and imagine on your own
・Communication and problem-solving skills
・Fluent in English
・Dutch, German, French, Italian, and Spanish skills are also advantageous
