SALARY: €55k - €90k (including the holiday allowance per year) depending on experience + Performance-based bonus up to 1 month

Sales Manager (Electronic Components) Main Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Actively identify, pursue, and secure new key accounts while expanding business with existing clients across Europe.
• Project Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer projects, leading them from the initial stages to the start of mass production by collaborating with our global teams.
• Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate deep relationships with key accounts and prospects to uncover new opportunities for both horizontal and vertical business expansion.
• Market Presence: Travel frequently (25-35%) to meet with customers and prospects, promoting our cutting-edge products and services.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales budgets, monitor your progress, and build a healthy project pipeline to ensure sustainable long-term growth.
• Negotiation: Conduct annual negotiations on pricing and business conditions.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with overseas affiliates, providing periodic reports and addressing a variety of cross-functional issues.
Sales Manager (Electronic Components) Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in manufacturing or B2B sales
• Electronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field is beneficial
• A proactive, results-driven individual (hunter mentality) with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English (Japanese, German and other European language is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
