Main Responsibilities
This role supports sales and marketing activities across European distributor markets.
You will act as a key contact point between European distributors and related internal teams, handling communication, data, reports, presentations, and administrative coordination.
• Communicate regularly with distributors across Europe
• Handle matters related to orders, delivery, pricing, specifications, and regulations
• Receive, check, and manage monthly data from distributors
• Prepare monthly analysis and reports on sales volume and stock management
• Support sales data reporting to related internal teams
• Analyse distributors’ marketing activities, including plans, results, and effectiveness
• Provide support and advice on distributor marketing activities, including events and sales promotions
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis
• Support evaluation and analysis of new market entrants and competitors
• Visit end users when required to understand customer needs
• Prepare documents and presentations using MS Office and PowerPoint
• Provide general back-office and coordination support for the Sales & Marketing team
Ideal Candidate
Required
• Professional experience in administration, sales support, marketing support, or a related back-office role
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
• Ability to handle emails, reports, data, and administrative tasks accurately
• Strong communication skills and a reliable working style
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Process-oriented and detail-conscious
• Good problem-solving skills
• High self-motivation
• Comfortable working in an international and Japanese business environment
• Willingness to travel within Europe when required

• Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in a Japanese company or Japanese business environment
• Sales or product-related awareness
• Japanese language skills are a plus, but not essential
