A Japanese company based in Grand Est area, France is currently recruiting a Trilingual Business Manager (Japanese, French, and English).
You will be responsible for supporting communication and reporting between France and Japan, as well as assisting with administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced factory environment.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in an autonomous team.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday with flexible start between 7:00–9:00, finish around 16:00 possible

Trilingual Business Manager Main Responsibilities:
• Provide reporting and communication support between France and Japan
• Translate and interpret (Japanese/French/English) for internal communication and documentation
• Manage with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and coordination
• Conduct work required for the operation of the Control & Administration Group of the Strategic Planning team
• Coordinate with senior management, other departments/offices, and Head Office as needed
• Support regular reporting to senior management and committees, including drafting periodic reporting and board updates
• Support sales and business development teams with documentation and client communication
• Handle urgent and time-sensitive requests in a factory environment
• Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations within a small local team

Trilingual Business Manager Ideal Candidate:
• Business level Japanese, French, and English
• Previous experience in administration, coordination, or assistant roles (ideally in an international or industrial environment)
• Strong communication and organisational skills with good attention to details
• Ability to work independently in a self-managed environment and to prioritise, manage time effectively, and work under pressure
• Ability to present professionally in small groups and participate in meetings in person if required
• Flexible and responsive, with the ability to handle urgent situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Confident interpersonal skills
