You will be responsible for supporting communication and reporting between France and Japan, as well as assisting with administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced factory environment.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in an autonomous team.

TYPE: Permanent, full-time
WORK TYPE: Hybrid (2 days WFH available)
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday with flexible start between 7:00–9:00, finish around 16:00 possible
SALARY: €60,000–€75,000 over 13 months
(No bonus, no company car)
START: ASAP – Notice Periods are OK
LOCATION: Grand Est area, France
VISA SUPPORT: Yes (depending on experience and skills)
Main Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development and definition of Business Unit strategies and objectives
• Prepare budgets and financial plans (annual and mid-term 5-year plans), and ensure actual results align with targets and forecasts
• Analyse variances and identify root causes
• Develop strategic reflections and internal corrective action plans to recover sales performance and achieve targets when gaps arise
• Support Management in strategic decision-making and operational implementation
• Monitor KPIs and overall business performance
• Prepare monthly reports in Japanese for the headquarters in Japan
• Coordinate communications with the headquarters (questions, instructions, etc.)
Ideal Candidate:
• Business level Japanese, French, and English
• Experience in budgeting and financial analysis appreciated
• Experience in the industrial sector appreciated
• Experience with KPI reporting appreciated
• Experience in Japan appreciated
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Interest in strategy and business planning
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Good understanding of forecast balance sheets and profit & loss statements
• Results-driven with strong motivation to achieve objectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
