An ideal candidate should have business level of German and fluent in English and have a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations specific to the pharmaceutical industry in Germany. You will work closely with some managers within Quality unit.
50% working from home is acceptable.

LOCATION: Dusseldorf, Germany (providing hybrid working arrangement up to 50%)
Quality Assurance Assistant Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to GMP regulations and company quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits
• Cooperate in the preparation and independent monitoring of the annual QM planning
• Support in customer service with technical and quality-related issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the quality assurance function
• Stay abreast of updates to relevant regulations and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry
• Supporting managers (qualified person) within Quality unit
Quality Assurance Assistant Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related field
• Previous experience in a quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of GMP regulations in Germany
• Fluency in German and English languages is required
• Japanese language or understanding Japanese corporate culture is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
