The Warehouse Operation Supervisor will be responsible for providing support to the Warehouse Manager through supervision of overall operations of the warehouse on a daily / weekly basis. They will also provide support when implementing future operations that are related to the warehouse, including the integration with other operations, and supervision of such operations when required.
Business level Japanese language skills and understanding of Japanese culture will be required for this role.
Training will be provided to commensurate with the tasks you are asked to complete.

Warehouse Operation Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise and assist during receiving, picking and replenishment tasks
• Assisting in admin tasks, including checking, inputting and amending data on Stock Control
system
• Assisting in overseeing team’s shifts and rotas
• Assisting the logistics operation
• Operating a forklift when necessary to support receiving, picking and replenishment
operations
• Assisting to deliver KPI targets set by the Management, and
• Any other ad hoc duties associated with this role as required to run the smooth operation
• May be required to carry out other safe and reasonable requests from your Manager or
Supervisor
Warehouse Operation Supervisor Ideal Candidate:
• Previous relevant experience in supervising a team
• Previous experience in working in food industry
• Forklift licence
• Ability to read and communicate in Japanese language
• Adequate skills in computer operations, such as Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Multitasking / time management skills
