The HR Manager will be tasked with working closely with business units in EMEA Region especially in the Netherlands and Germany.
Business trip within Europe and occasionally to Tokyo are required of this role.

TYPE:     Full-time role, initially 1 year contract (there is potential to become permanent)
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30, Monday to Friday
SALARY: €80-100k Euro per annual, depending on experience (including 1 month bonus and holiday allowance)
START: ASAP (TBD)
LOCATION: Amstelveen, the Netherlands (After training, 1 day working from home is acceptable)
BENEFIT: transportation fee, pension, 25 days annual leave

HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct report to CEO or CFO
- Working closely with business units in EMEA Region especially in the Netherlands and Germany
- Working with other HR Manager in other country
- Recruitment and Selection (Lead the recruitment and selection process)
- Employee Relations (Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues)
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- HR Policies and Procedures
- Employee Engagement
- Legal Compliance
- Creating and upgrading staff handbook

HR Manager Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, including experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations as a Manager
- In-depth knowledge of Dutch labour laws, regulations, and employment practices
- Fluency in Dutch and English required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Some understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language would be advantageous
- Proficiency in another European language would be advantageous
