In this role, you will be responsible for handling sales of industrial equipment and production machinery, primarily for clients in the automotive sector. You will support projects involving coordination with EU-based customers and Chinese suppliers.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Sales Representative Main Responsibilities:
• Sales of industrial equipment and production machinery (mainly automotive industry)
• Coordination of projects from quotation to delivery, installation, and after-service
• Communication and negotiation with customers and suppliers (including China-based suppliers)
• Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
• Preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Reporting to Japanese HQ and collaborating with other branches
• Support with logistics, installation, and post-sales service
• Visiting client sites as needed (Czech, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Germany)
Sales Representative Ideal Candidate:
• Technical knowledge related to machinery or industrial equipment
• Native level Czech and business level English (minimum B2)
• University degree (preferably in engineering or technical field)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in B2B sales (preferably in the automotive/manufacturing sector)
• Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel within the EU
• Understanding of Japanese culture and/or Japanese language is a plus
