WORKING HOURS: 8:00-17:00 (1 hour lunch break) Monday to Friday

Branch Manager Main Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the holdings company in the Netherlands
• Managing 7-8 members at the branch
• Managing Air/Ocean Transport & warehousing Operations
• Supporting members to plan, organize and manage the transportation via air and ocean freight
• Ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulations
• Coordinating with various stakeholders, including carriers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal teams, to optimize transportation processes and meet customer requirements
Branch Manager Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience for managing Air/Ocean transport & warehousing operation
• People management experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Native level Italian and business level English
• Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Some understanding of Japanese culture would be advantageous
