In this role you will be responsible for order Management such as creation of all necessary documents from order intake until the delivery of the goods to Italian, Eastern Europe, and Non-EU country (export) clients.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:00 (lunch: 30 minutes)
SALARY: €2,600 – 3,100/month, depending on experience, + Holiday Allowance,
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amsterdam (office based)

Italian speaking Customer Relation Assistant Responsibilities:
• Order handling
• Logistical follow-up
• Processing of customer complaints
• Providing price information
• Ensure the compliance with the conditions of sale
• Provide accurate information about customs codes and country of origin of the goods
• Invoicing
• Sending product sheets, certificates and other administrative documents
• Handling of sample requests
• Provide information about stock levels
• Assisting and Supporting territory Managers in defined region to accelerate efficiency with their clients
Italian speaking Customer Relation Assistant Ideal Candidate:
• Business fluency in English and Italian are required
• Knowledge of import-export is desired
• HBO-level (higher professional education) or equivalent desired
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP desired would be advantageous
