Position: Full-time
Contract Type: 1 year contract with potential for extension
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Rotterdam (Netherlands)

Main Responsibilities:
Import Operations:
• Receive and verify shipping documents from overseas offices
• Issue arrival notices to clients
• Arrange customs clearance and local delivery
Export Operations:
• Book shipments with shipping companies
• Prepare and issue Bills of Lading (B/L)
• Send shipping advice and documentation to clients and overseas offices
Accounting Support:
• Handle payment processing
• Manage accounts receivable and payable (A/R, A/P)
• Issue customer invoices
General Coordination:
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, vendors, and global offices
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics

Requirements:
• Fluency in English (Japanese language skills are a plus)
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Valid residence and work permit for the Netherlands (Visa support is not available)
