The HR Specialist will be responsible for HR operational support of the department, working closely with the HR Business Partners, and making sure the operational HR support is proactively executed.
You will be tasked with driving the operational actions, such as; on/offboarding, HR systems, reporting, communication, payroll mutations and administration. As well as, leading to manage external outsourcing partners (recruitment, and visa support) to ensure they execute on time.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week (flexible working hours)
SALARY: €57 – 65k, depending on experience + bonus + benefits

LOCATION: Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Hybrid working)
HR Specialist Main Responsibilities:
• On/offboarding employees
• Data-input using HR systems (MyHR)
• Coordinating outsourcing partners (recruitment and visa)
• Advising and answering HR questions from employees
• HR administrative responsibilities
• Audit assistance
• Monthly payroll changes
• Sick leave management
• Reporting (i.e., to HQ or HR performance report)
• Periodical Staff Survey’s
• Training employee development
• HR projects
HR Specialist Ideal Candidate:
• At least 3years+ experience as an HR
• Holds university degree either in HR, Finance or Accounting
• Business level English in verbal and writing is a must
• Experience using HR system (Success factors especially My HR)
• Additional language such as Dutch, German or Japanese is a huge plus
• Proactive, pragmatic, hands-on and a flexible working attitude
• Customer first state of mind
• Willing to take hands-on HR operation
