In this role you will be responsible for increasing the sales to existing customers and generating new customers, as well as maintaining customer interaction and build trading relationships.

SALARY: £30-33k depending on experience + Company car (For professional and personal use)
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Middlesex (4 days of visiting clients all over the UK,1 day in the office)
Korean Speaking Business Developer Main Responsibilities:
• Developing new customers by visiting possible accounts and building relationships with decision makers
• Encourage potential customers to trial products in stores and then follow up to advise on how to increase sales
• Open customer accounts with stores who are interested in starting trading after trials
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers and close deals.
• Conduct research on new sales opportunities and develop sales strategies with the National Sales Manager
• Report the achievements and challenges to the National Sales Manager
• Increase / maintain sales to existing customers by shelf management, installing POS materials, promotions, and good conversation with store managers
• Create POS materials with the marketing department
• Travel as required, to attend meetings and events nationwide & Europewide
• Plan / attend / implement sampling events at consumer exhibitions and stores
• Manage external agencies and store staff
• Help with any other activities which may be necessary to facilitate the smooth running of the department and business
• Handle customer enquiries
• Continuous understanding of the UK grocery market and report back to management any relevant news
Korean Speaking Business Developer Ideal Candidate:
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Sales experience desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Presentation and report writing skills
• A sociable personality
• Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Good teamwork
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
