WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs/week
SALARY: €45,000 to €50,000 dependant on experience

LOCATION: Krefeld, Germany (Office based, but 1 day work from home can be applicable)
Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrator / Coordinator
• Provide administrative support in all HR areas including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee data management, and offboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, reports, and HR-related communications.
• Support HR projects such as policy implementation, compliance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
• Provide full support to expatriate employees, including:
o Visa and work permit application/renewal coordination
o Relocation assistance (housing, utilities, local registration)
o Orientation and ongoing support during the assignment
o Liaison with government agencies, relocation vendors, and internal departments
o Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
o Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.
• Support company events, meetings, and internal communications.
• Manage general office administration, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
Ideal Candidates for the HR Administrator / Coordinator
• Fluent in German and English
• Understanding of Japanese is advantageous
• 2+ years of experience in HR and/or general affairs administrative roles
• Experience supporting expatriate staff is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
